4. Charges, prices and payment

The prices listed on the website always apply to orders placed on the website. All prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping costs. These are given separately.

You can pay for your purchase in any way specified on the website. Islam Posters is entitled to invoice you in connection with the order. Islam Posters also reserves the right not to offer all payment methods at any time and to change the payment method if the payment method you have selected does not work. This is applicable for any reason at the time of order fulfillment. The limits of available payment methods are defined on the website.

5. Special offers

Islam Posters may at any time offer special offers on the website which may have more favorable terms than those set out in these terms and conditions, for example in relation to payment or the extended right of withdrawal. Such conditions will apply for the duration of the special offer and for the products offered by Islam Posters in connection therewith. Islam Posters reserves the right at any time to withdraw such special offers. In the event of termination or withdrawal of such special offer, these terms and conditions shall still apply without any modification. Offers on specific products on the website are only valid for a limited period of time and while supplies last.

6. Production and delivery

Production times depend on materials used and workmanship. This period can vary from 2 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) but can also be extended. Please note that these times are for informational purposes and are not guaranteed. They may vary depending on the volume of orders. Please also note that it is possible that your order will be shipped via several parcels on different dates.

We collaborate for the shipment of your order with our delivery partners DHL, Colissimo, Go, DPD, TNT, and Dachser. These can sometimes meet a few days of differences with the expected deadlines.

Our partners have your e-mail address and can inform you of the delivery status of your order or of any problem encountered during delivery.

It is also possible that you will be contacted by telephone, which is why we ask you to fill in yours.

The expected delivery time is described in the order confirmation and on the Shipping page of the website. Unless exclusively agreed otherwise, and if a delivery is delayed for more than 30 working days and this is not due to you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

If a package needs to be picked up at a specific delivery point, you must do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages should normally be picked up personally with valid ID and the order number. You will receive a delivery notice indicating where and when the package can be picked up or received. Notification can be sent by email, regular mail and, if you have provided a mobile phone number, also by phone or text message. If the package is not collected, Islam Posters is entitled to charge you a fee of 15 euros.

7. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing products on the website, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days. This is in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase on the Islam Posters site on simple request, within 14 days of receipt of the order by you or your representative (withdrawal period).

By accepting the general conditions, you acknowledge and accept that the right of withdrawal is not valid for digital content delivered other than by a material medium.

When ordering a product for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, you will receive clear information about this. In order to be able to fully exercise your right of withdrawal, take care not to break the seal of the sealed goods. You will lose your right of withdrawal if the item comes back to us open/unsealed. A seal also includes any technical seal (e.g. serial number).

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, send a clear message to Islam Posters by mail via info@islamposters.com or via our contact page here . You will provide in your message your name, contact details and other relevant information, including the order number, invoice number and product name. You can also, instead of the aforementioned message, use the standard form for the right of withdrawal provided by any competent authority 

If you use your right of withdrawal, you must pay the return shipping costs and are also responsible for the condition of the product, after receipt of the product as well as during the return shipment. The product must be returned within 14 days of the date Islam Posters was notified of the withdrawal. The product must be sent well packaged, undamaged and in its original box and / or packaging. All returns should be sent to Islam Posters in accordance with the methods and instructions set out on the website. Depending on the destination, you may be subject to additional costs in order to receive their package. These charges include VAT / local taxes, customs fees, etc. The above-mentioned costs are exclusively your responsibility, even in the event of forced return, that is to say before the delivery of the package. If you would like more information on this, please contact our Customer Service.

When you make use of your right of withdrawal, Islam Posters will refund the amount you paid for the product, including postage. Additional delivery costs incurred when choosing another delivery method are not reimbursed by Islam Posters. If the return relates to only part of the order, the delivery costs are not subject to any reimbursement. From the amount to be refunded, Islam Posters has the right to deduct an amount equal to the depreciation of the product compared to its original value and to the extent that this depreciation is due to improper use of the product. When the Customer makes use of his right of withdrawal, Islam Posters will refund the amount that the Customer has paid for the product, including postage. If additional shipping costs are due to the customer choosing another delivery than the standard delivery offered by Islam Posters, only the standard shipping costs will be refunded upon a complete return of the order. In case of partial return of an order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Islam Posters will refund the amount no later than 14 days from the date on which Islam Posters received the customer's notification of withdrawal. Islam Posters may, however, delay reimbursement until Islam Posters has received the product or the customer has provided proof that the product has been returned. This proof can for example be made by means of a delivery certificate. Your refund will be made via the payment method chosen at the time of the order, unless there is prior agreement or obstacles to this refund.

8. Complaints and warranty

Some Islam Posters products may be subject to warranties. Information on any warranty period and its special warranty conditions for each product can be found on the website or in these terms and conditions. The warranty applicable to products covers only original manufacturing defects and not any defects due to alterations made to the function or appearance of a product (e.g. reassembly, retrofitting, or any other re- configuration). The confirmation of your order has the value of a guarantee certificate.

The right to lodge a complaint applies to defective products according to the applicable consumer protection legislation. If you wish to exercise your right of complaint for any product ordered, you must contact Islam Posters as soon as possible after the discovery of the defect, using the contact details given on the website.

Islam Posters will bear the cost of return freight for any approved complaints.

Once the product has been returned, for which a complaint has been made, and the complaint has been approved, Islam Posters will reimburse customers in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Islam Posters always endeavors to do so within 30 days of receiving the complaint, but this may be delayed depending on the nature of the product. Islam Posters reserves the right to refuse any claim if the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, is found not to be faulty. In the event of complaints, Islam Posters follows the guidelines provided by the National Council for Consumer Complaints or the corresponding authorities in other countries.
