Returns & refunds

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last good. All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. If the products have obviously been used, we may make a deduction from the refund.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending us an email to info@islamposters.com. In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period. You will have to bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

If you choose to withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received by us from you, including the delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us). We will refund you within 14 days from the date the item(s) are received by us. For the refund, we use the same payment method used for the original transaction.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 30 days after the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 30 day deadline. The immediate costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

Please avoid damage to the products. If possible, please return the products to us in their original packaging, with all components and accessories. If necessary, please use additional outer protective packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please provide suitable packaging with sufficient protection against transport damage to avoid claims due to defective packaging.
